• 5 private, spacious and comfortable rooms with wood floors, large windows and excellent light.
  • 2 shared bathrooms shared, with heating for winter.
  • A modern kitchen with breakfast bar.
  • The building dates back to 1909 and has been well-preserved and upgraded. Each room is themed around a world famous Argentine personality or cultural phenomenon (Evita, Carlos Gardel, Maradona, Che Guevara, the popular 'mate' drink and tango). The walls are decorated with relevant images, photos and posters, and there's also related books. All the rooms are luminous, with four-metre high ceilings, big old-style windows with wooden shutters to allow air in. The thick walls and high ceilings help to preserve a pleasant temperature throughout the year. Our five rooms also have air conditioning and heating. The area is quiet at night, so you will be guaranteed tranquillity. There is a supermarket downstairs.
